About me

Over the past eight years, I have dedicated myself to the profession of personal training, helping numerous people in their journey towards improving their physical and mental well-being. Despite my extensive experience, I faced an unexpected challenge when I started playing golf, experiencing back pain and scapula discomfort. Initially attributing these issues to incorrect technique, I realized they were physical limitations related to lack of torso and hip mobility. Determined to improve, I studied swing movements, body anatomy, and targeted exercises to address this deficiency, so I get the certification of TPI Fitness Trainer. After weeks of commitment to the specific workout, the pain disappeared, allowing me to enjoy golf without problems. This personal success inspired me to share my knowledge to help others in similar situations, highlighting the importance of addressing physical limitations to get better in performance, play longer but also for overall well-being.
